Need help filling "Residence outside Canada form"

1) I went to India on a business trip for 3 weeks, can someone please help me filling out section B(crown servant applicant) form.

2) It is asking for proof of employment. (Can someone please provide me template or what information it should have on the letter).

I am Indian citizen and PR holder in Canada.

The crown servant form is probably not applicable in your case, unless you worked with the Canadian Forces or other very specific jobs that make it possible to claim the days outside the coutry for the presence calculator.

If you lived outside Canada during the last 5 years (lived in the sense : studied, worked, had your principal residence outside the coutry, your 3 weeks business trip doesn't count), you'll have to put not applicable everywhere in that form.
