Hello, I am sponsoring my minor child for PR and received the passport request letter , but when trying to fill out the consent form for passport submission I dont understand how to fill it out. He is 14 and has had to give biometrics and i have been given conflicting advice on if I sign his forms since he is a minor or if he does since he has had to give biometrics. Also been given conflicting advice on which forms to fill oit and that there may be a couple of them that i just leave blank.
Like he already gave biometrics so do I leave the form blank about choosing to provide biometrics enrollment.
And since he has given biometrics but is still a minor , do I sign his consent form or does he?
and the form for consent for indirect submission and/or collection, do I fill that out or leave it blank ?
