Need help filling application online.

I need help with getting the right forms online. In the online site, i am required to fill out imm5707 for family information but i noticed on the singapore website checklist, i need to fill form imm5645 for family information. Should i fill out what is requested online or what is stated in the visa office checklist?

In proving my assets, all my properties is still under mortgaged, so i do not have the deeds to the property. Would it sufficed if i uploaded the sales and purchase agreement of all the properties i have instead. Is it necessary to upload the loan agreement too, just to prove that i have responsibilities and obligations back in my home country?

No one can tell you what will suffice but the immigration officer.

Now, wouldn't showing you have responsibilities and obligations be a causal you would like to immigrate to Canada to look for a job? I don't see how this can help.
