My situation is a bit different....I have a friend from India that wants to come visit for 6 months and he had his lawyer prepare his paper work and now they are just waiting for my paper work.. I have a lawyer that will do an affadavit for me, which is gonna have my invitation attached but can you please tell me what other information i need to send with it. I know proper ID copies and invitation. What more do i need to send them? This is my first time at this site and at this invite. I have no idea what i am doing. HELP PLEASE!
