need help 'copy of your language evidence is missing'

Application Package returned due to missing document, they sent me a letter saying 'copy of your language evidence is missing' even though i sent them my high school transcript. i finished ESL class in Ontario at 2006.
i just don't understand why they didn't accept it. can anybody clarifying this for me please, because even when i call them they couldn't give me straight answer.

They will not accept the Esl class because I have a friend she finished Esl class but for my self I did the linc program , then I heard that the cic will not accept the Esl program they will accept only the linc program and I remember that the teacher told us that if we know any one took Esl to come again to school and to take the linc because it is the program cic will accept it as a proof of language but if you want something faster you can do The Ielts test they will accept it they start this program in January 2013
I did the assessment first I got level 7and 8 I enter the linc program just as a proof of language so I advice you to ask about this the Comunity Center in your area to be sure from this ,and good luck

At times CIC act quite weird. In your own best interest, follow the suggestion of other reader and get this out of your way ASAP.

May be you can contact your previous school, get the ESL record and build on it. I can understand your frustration. Take it easy.

i thank you both of you guys for assisting me in this matter. In my transcript you can clearly see the record of my ESL class and all other courses i took. there’s not much i can do there. the only explanation i can come up with, i sent them the original transcript instead of the copy one may be that why they sent it back however it shouldn't said language evidence is missing. anyhow i will do as the first guy suggested and get done as quick as possible.
