Need help! Cannot find submitted application in MyCIC

Just feel very frustrated today that when I logged in to MyCIC, I cannot find the submitted application.
I am pretty sure that I got the confirmation number, and that application was there weeks before. But it just disappeared today. Is it because the CIC website is down? Anyone has the same issue?

I think it because CIC website is down. I try many times recent 4 days but still can not submit my application.
