Need help..Bridging open work permit?

Hi! My friend just mentioned about BOWP. In regards to one of this requirements, it says that your WOrk permit must valid 4 months or less and must recieved their AOR frm CIC...

Question: is there someone already applied on BOWP if their WP is still valid more than 4 months? Is there any positive result? Because i already got my AOR frm CIC but my current WP is still valid untill january nxt year, do you think they will consider my application? Any help will be appreciated.. It is extremely unlikely that the BOWP will be considered.
