Hi everyone,

I got my GCMS notes and Eligibility section says review required, update by -2015/04/12, does this mean that the next time they will look at my file while be on that date and no one will touch it before that?

My work permit expires in May and I was thinking if thats the case then i will apply for bridge in mid march so I get the full one year . Because if they review my file and give a negative decision then I will loose the chance to use the bridge work permit option for 1 year.

Please advise, any one in a similar situation?

I would apply as soon as I can (4 months prior to the expiry date) and not wait. the logic behind that is that if your application get rejected before they issue the BOWP, you won't get it and in that case you would have to leave by May!!

however, if you get it now, even if that means few months less than a year, even if you get rejected, you will have time to apply again and guess what you can also apply for BOWP again! in this scenario there is no awful worst case whereas if you wait, you may have to deal with the worst case scenario!

Eligibility, officer think job duties match with another code which falls under C

C is no good news ... if you can get a better employer letter, do it and submit it over

for the first job I attached tons of documents with the letter and second job letter was quite detailed, I have a feeling that if I make changes or add to much they might be tempted to decline

if there is nothing you can do then there is nothing you can do.
As long as you are convinced yourself that what you submitted is enough to convince the second officer you belong to NOCB

I guess...the wait is frustrating, the only good thing is i might be ok to apply for BOWP, I have asked this elsewhere but do you know if they will look at my file next on review update date? or they can look at it before?

I can't answer that. I am not 100% sure but it makes sense to me this
The review due date, meaning it can be reviewed anytime before that
