Need help asap!

My work permit expired in august, I got the rejection of my renewal on 18th of sept but dated at 8th of sept.

I work as a financial service rep at TD BANK, they said they dont do LMO so not only am I out of job I have to leave the country.

If you have any suggestions please please help!

I am only a month short of applying for CEC unless i take working at a local store a year ago as store manager, but was getting paid minimum wage for 3 months.

I hate to be the bearer of more bad news, but "financial services representative" is probably NOC 1433 (Skill Level C) and does not meet the skilled job experience requirement of CEC.

I thought skill level C qualifies for CEC... I am sure reading that in the guide!

Yes, you are right. For some reasons, C was stuck in my brain.

I replied to one of the same posts before too, FSR in Td is not the same as FSCR in cash store, they are not tellers. We are called Loan manager, Sales manager, Investors and so on.
Its just very unfortunate that the name is almost the same as Cash store teller one.
I printed out my job requirements and descriptions (we sell mutual funds as well) I think i can apply for cec because i worked 1760 hours with them and worked part time in 2010 at a restaurant as a manager. just waiting to get t4 for that and than i can apply (lost mine )
