NEED HELP! Applying OWP after application submission

Hi guys
I have read through the forums but still m a lil confused. I have got UCI no. recently and am planning to apply for OWP for spousal spplcation.
MY question is what do i write on the application. From what i understand, I need to use the form Extend your stay in Canada. So, where do i mention my UCI no. on it. Do i need to mention it on every page as well as on the envelope i sent it in? Also do i need to write anything other than my UCI no.?
I also know i need to write " Process after AIP" If i am missing anything please let me know.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Just warning you that sending and OWP application following the application for PR can be a risk. My husband did the same thing but his OWP application was processed first and because he hadn't received his AIP yet by the time the OWP application was processed they rejected it rather than returning it to us and he had to resubmit another one when he finally got AIP. Therefore costing 300.00 rather than $150.00. Additionally I sent the application to the PR office with a covering letter asking them not to process until AIP and they did it anyway.

I''ve been told the same thing.
A lot of people suggest to send the OWP during the process so you can start working as soon as you get AIP.
This is -to my understanding- incorrect.
I've called cic 3 times on this matter (to get different agent's opinions) and they say that if u didn't send the owp app with you pr app.
you're better not sending it UNTIL you get AIP, cuz if you do send it, it will take time till is gather with your pr app, and in case it gets
rejected, u'll have to wait till your aip anyway in the better case, cuz u can b also ask to leave Canada.
I've read about other people that didnt got that tell, but im just talking on my own experience.
