need help and suggestions

HI!
I applied under skilled worker immigration 3 years before.But i did'nt follow. I mean i send just only application with payment draft,and then after some time i received letter to submitt my documents. But i did not submitt any documents. At last they send me back my payment draft money back.
Now i want to apply under family class, but i want to change some personal informations. Can it effect on my process. Is there any record with them about my skilled worker application.Are they sharing information between family class and skilled worker????
Please if any person can guide me in this problem. thanks.

1. that time i arranged work experience letter according to profession listed on canada immigration. But actually now becoz i want to apply as family class ,so i want to change company name,,,etc.
2. that time i wrote in application that i am married,becoz i was living with my G.friend. so i just wrote in application her name and details as my spouse. But now I came back to my original country. And i don't have any divorce certificate,,,,becoz i do not have any marriage certificate with her.Now please tell me what to do????????

They will have the information from your old application.
You must tell the truth on the documents that you submit, failing to do so can get you banned from Canada - misrepresentation.

Well the change of company name is no issue - if it is true.
But as you lied about being married on your first application you are stuck.
You cannot divorce because you never married, and you can't marry her again because the dates will be wrong.

Sadly, this is the price you pay for filing a fraudulent application in the first place.
Even if you find a way around this mess, if CIC dig up your fraudulent claim you can be banned from entering Canada or have your PR status removed.

I think you need to start looking at another country to immigrate to.

I'm not sure why you'd want to this. For family class application you will have to list all of your work experience in the past 10 years - wouldn't this also include whatever job you listed on the skilled worker application? Or did you give false information that first time?

I don't know what does skilled worker application look like, but did you specifically list her as your spouse, or was it one category for spouse/common law partner? If you claimed you were married, but actually weren't, that was misrepresentation and it will keep you out of Canada.

You could say you listed her as your spouse because you meant she was your common-law spouse; unless, of course, there were separate boxes for married and common law, and you checked 'married'. on the first application.

Why not order your CAIPS notes and FOSS notes and see what the government has on file about you?

You didnt take your application seriously the first time you applied and you lied about being married and you faked work experiance in order to be under the professions listed for skilled workers AND YOU DIDNT EVEN GO THROUGH WITH THE APP ??!!! you know this is not a game and some people go through with the process the legitamate way and they have to wait for years ! and your first application most likely delayed another one in process

Now you want to do it the right way??come on??? I second what Balo said about immigrating to another country
