Guys my file was accepted on last April and I had 3 applicants ( myself, my wife and my daughter). At first I got COPR for my daughter on my CIC profile back in APRIL, they didnt sent mine or my wife's COPR, then I contacted IRCC and advised them about this, later on May I received my COPR via email and since then we have been waiting for my Wife's COPR, I can see her COPR number and everything on my CIC profile, but never received the letter or email from Etobicoke CIC office. I have contacted with CIC couple of times and they are telling me as per their database all were sent back in April in my CIC profile, I submitted web form couple of times with the screenshot but no update and its been four months. Meanwhile my wife's work permit has expired, her SIN has expired and she is unable to continue her job. And we are in a very surreal situation with this.
Can anybody suggest what can we do expedite this or how can I get her COPR. Its been 4 months and we are frustrated and out of options.
