Hi, I've 2 yrs exp in IT & need to wait 1 more year(to get req CRS score) to apply for PR . Which is a better option :

1. Wait for an year, receive PR, land in Canada & search for jobs with 3.5 yrs foreign exp (by the end of 2020 I'll land in Canada as per this process).
2. Apply for MS in Canada univ in this fall/spring 2019 (1 or 2 yr course) , study in Canada & search for job after completion of studies with 2 yrs exp.

Which is the best way to secure my 1st job there as its difficult for migrants to get initial job. I'm asking for Software field.
Need honest opinions with pro's & con's

Getting a job is hard unless you have a niche skill-set. There are tons of applicants on the playing field now and hence the huge competition. Doing a Uni course or landing in and searching for a job yields the same result. My thought on this. Good luck.

thanks for the response, having canadian degree doesn't have edge over foreign exp ? On what grounds companies generally reject migrants, they require local exp or they don't trust foreigners deg/exp ?
