Need Help About WES Fees !!!

I wanna know if I apply with my spouse Do I need to pay single fees to WES for both of us OR We need to pay fees separately?? And whats the new fee of WES?? I think its $332 (Correct me if Im wrong) ..

The fee is per person. You pay one fee for yourself and one fee for your spouse.

The fee is C$200 plus delivery
