Hi everyone,
I just met an issue:
I finished my previous bachelor degree in August 2016, and my existing program is from Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2017(Full-time). I heard that if students do not apply PGWP in 90 days after graduation, the government will cancel your qualification, right?
But I never tell the Government that I applied this existing program after I finished my previous program in 90 days (but my application for my existing program was before my previous graduation), and actually there is a four-month long duration between them. So does it mean I have lost the qualification to apply PGWP? Or will I get the 3-year long version?

Did you work between finishing your degree in August 2016 and starting your new program in January 2017?

In that case you should have no issues getting a PGWP - however I believe the duration of that PGWP will be based only on the length of your second program (i.e. 1 year).

Okay...I can accept the result if it only has 1 year, because at least I still have the qualification to apply it. Thank you for your response. :)
