Need help about finacial documents

hi,
i am applying for study permit under general category.for showing financial ability i have gic of 10000 cad and having a bank loan of 13 lacs and my course fees is also of 13 lac approx. and i have paid one term fees already.i m having a bank balance of 6 lacs in my personal account.now i want to know that do i need to show my dad's ITR. and any other financial documents.and what are my chances of getting visa

12th=60%
ielts=6.5 overall
done advanced diploma of 3 years in 3d animation after 12th
no study gap
applied for postgraduate certificate course in computer animation.
previously visa rejected under spp for sep 2014 intake.reason was others reason.
now i am applying for jan 2015 intake please reply me because i am in big confusion and scared also.

if ITR and financial documents r strong then there is no harm in adding those as they will help ur case if not then u dont have an option do u?

My dad's ITR is not strong.can i apply without ITR

could you plz tel me from which bank you have taken education loan for post graduate certificate ?
is it against fd or collateral property ?

I have taken educational loan from State Bank of India and it is taken against property.
