Need Help – Parent Sponsorship Application Rejected Due to Document Submission Issue

Hi everyone,

I'm sponsoring my parents for PR this year and encountered an issue with document submission. On September 12th, CIC emailed me requesting additional documents, which I promptly submitted in PDF format on September 17th. I also received an automated reply, which I assumed confirmed that they received everything.

However, today, I received another email from CIC stating that my application was rejected and returned because they did not receive the documents, marking it incomplete. and I’m confused since I double-checked everything. I included the application number in the subject line, sent the documents in the correct format, and used the correct CIC email address.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have advice on how to proceed? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I always kept ahead of my file by ordering Access to information, and unlike belief that it will slow down your application, its not true. I ordered 1 every 15 days as it takes 15-30 days

Also, I dont recall, if you sumbut document or query with file number, it goes to the file. if you explain in letter about your situation, they can check what happened
