Need Guidance

Hello all...
I am from India and I am PR holder here in Canada. I got married last month in India. I want to sponsor my wife. Can someone tell me which forms do I need to fill in and which forms my wife needs to? Which guideline should I use? Guide 3900 or Guide 5289? Please guys help me out... Thanks in advance...

Are you sponsoring your wife outland or inland?

Outland you use Guide 3900 ( Wife is in India)
Inland you use Guide 5289 (Wife already in Canada)
