Need guidance to bring spouse

I am getting married later this year and I am planning to find an easy way to bring my spouse at the earliest possible to Canada.I applied her tourist visa but it got rejected,now thinking what can I do ,

My question is -

Can we apply express entry and spousal immigration at the same time?

Will it have any negative consequences.

Please help

I am assuming you're already a PR, correct? If you are asking whether she can apply via EE based on her own merits then yes, she can.

on the other side can apply spousal sponsorship as well alongwith express entry
