Hi, I’m from Pakistan waiting for the ITA, my score is 487 and hoping I get ITA by 15 February if God forbid there is no pause, my ilets is going to expire by 27 March and will have at most 30 days window to apply for ITA and get AOR. Therefore, wanted to go for the upfront medical to save time but the problem is IOM Pakistan is not accepting the upfront medical for permanent residence category. They have emailed me stating as per IRCC cannot be performed for permanent category.
