Hello,

I applied for CEC under work experience. I have mailed my application on 9 December.Unfortunately I forgot to send One of my sealed transcript mean to say that I have sent my master degree transcript by missed the Graudation one. My question is that my application for CEC has reached bullao USA. How can I send my missing graduation sealed transcript. If I wouldn't send it, whether it would effect my applicaton.
If I have to send it on which address I should send it and to whom I should address it. I have one concern that, if I send it later whether my graduation transcript would be attach to my file or not. :-[ :-X

How can I notify Canadian Consulate people in Buffalo about this.

You can't. You have to wait for CIC Buffalo to send you your file number before you can correspond with them. I don't know if they will inform you of missing documents, return your file, or send you your file number. Hopefully it is the last one. But you just have to wait, now.
