Need guidance for filing visitor visa for parents in India

Hello,

I would like to apply for a visitor visa for my parents. I am currently in Canada and I am on a PR.

Purpose of the visit is to support my wife during pregnancy happening in June.

Probable length of stay in Canada: May mid 2021-Sep Mid 2021

Can someone please help me with the checklist of what is required.
