Need guidance about super visa’s invitation letter.

My sister is a Canadian national and wants to apply for supervisa for parents. But she a house wife and not working at any job. Kindly guide me from whom invitation of the super visa should be. Will it be from my sister's husband or just from my sister? Because I confusion regarding this point because T3 and T4 and other tax return documents will be on my brother-in-law.
