Dears,
I need your help in providing feedback on my below concerns to help me decide how and what do I need to prepare myself and family for while considering moving to Canada.
We are a family of four; my wife (31yrs), daughter (almost 5yrs), son (almost 2 yrs) and me (35 yrs).
My wife has a Bsc. in Architect and Masters degree in Conflict resolutions (International relations), she has work experience with architect offices, UN and currently working as an IB design teacher on an IB school in Amman, Jordan.
I hold a Bsc. in Software Engineering, worked in different fields with UN, the Canadian embassy in Amman, software companies, NGOs and currently have my own design and digital studio providing services such as Websites, Apps and Video animations.
The idea is that we decided to move to Canada seeking better lifestyle and brighter future for our kids, in addition, that we love Canada for its great reputation in all aspects (It's people, education system, healthcare and environment...)
We have the following concerns that we appreciate your feedback guys to help us to be more prepared:
Thank you in advance
Odeh.

We have the following concerns that we appreciate your feedback guys to help us to be more prepared:
- What amount of money do we need to have in order to move and start living there till we find a job?
- Does the government support in any manner till we find a job? Though we are not refugees.
- Is it easy to find a job for newcomers with our experience?
- Is it easy to settle and get engaged with the community? And do people open to help newcomers in settling down?
- We are thinking of the following cities to relocate to and don't know which is better so far, but we made some online research and came up with those: Ottawa, Toronto, Halifax. Can you help on how to decide based on our case?
- I heard that I need to have a money that covers me for at least a year to be able to live in Canada until we find a job, true?
- What kind of jobs do we have the opportunity in applying for based on our experience and giving that we don't have the Canadian experience yet?
- Is the schooling system totally free in Canada? What about Universities?
Thank you in advance
Odeh.
