Need explanation on how LMIA works

Hello, just being curious a bit about LMIA. If I manage some way to get LMIA and get into Canada with EE, then leave the job and look for another one, do I need LMIA each time? Or once I get in, it is possible to find any job I want?

Once you have PR you do not need another LMIA. However....there is a large amount of work and expense required by the employer to come up with the LMIA. Employers are audited as well, so multiple LMIAs that are "junked" will raise flags. It is not fair to treat an employer like this. And from the other perspective, if someone is promising to arrange an LMIA for you on these terms BEWARE.
