I want to reapply for TRV from outside of Canada but my previous application’s status still showing in process. So should I withdrawal from previous application or I reapply straight away.

not an expert, but don’t withdraw before reapplying. saying this because IRCC is just randomly responding to applications and you can’t be sure they’ll respond to the new one instead
