Looking for expert advice here.
Currently in US and planning to relocate to Canada with my employer's already approved Closed Work permit as intra company transfer. Spouses's open work permit based on above ICT is approved. My CRS score stands near 382 for now. If I continue with current employer, I will be able to claim boost in CRS by 50 points, towards my first year end and make CRS around 440 (reducing age factor)
If I get job offer in Canada - by new employer - with job offer and valid LMIA - then can you help me understand below -
1. If I move to Canada sometime soon & after relocation, if I receive new job offer to claim additional 50/ 200 points to make boost in my CRS score in EE profile.
Can I use new job offer to make my PR case stronger and still work for my old employer till I get PR? Given new employer will have to process my WP etc
2. If above is yes, after receiving my PR with job offer of new employer, can I still work in continuous fashion to old employer and never join new employer? Not sure what they need to show against that LMIA, taxes ans Salary.
