Read news papers and books for reading and writing......
See lot of movies for speaking and listening .........
Take some standard ielts preparation book for practice..........

But it will take time...............

1. It doesn't matter whether you live in Jehlum or Chenab! All you need a strong determination to do something credible in life. It's only an IELTS, not a rocket science. If you fall 7 times, stand up 8 times. Nothing is difficult.
