I am planning to apply for PR through express entry under CEC. I started working in Canada on 9th Mar 2015. It's a full time permanent job. I was international student hence I am working with post graduate work permit. I got work permit on 28th May 2015. I applied for pgwp in feb'15. Since I had valid off campus work permit and was in implied status hence was eligible to work. Please let me know if I am eligible for CEC next month ie when I will be completing one year of job or I would be eligible for CEC on May'16 when I will be completing one year of job under pgwp?
Also need clarification on education. I have completed 4 years of bachelor of engineering (ECA done) and 1.5 years of certificate study in Canada. Am I eligible for 2 or more certificate?
My points are given below: (with spouse)
Age: 90
Education: 119 (two or more cert)
IELTS: 122 (L 8.5, R 8, S 7, W 7)
Skill Trans - Education: 50
Skill Trans - Foreign exp: 50 (5 years in TCS)
Canadian Exp - 35 (crs showing 35 though didn't complete one year)
Spouse: Ielts - 20 (R 9, L 9, S 7, W 7)
S edu: 10 (Masters ECA done)
Spouse will get 5 points once completes one year of job in April
Total: 496 (once I complete one year of Canadian work experience)
Don't want to apply for FSW since I think documentation is more as compared to CEC. Is it true?
