Hi all, my friend got ita in the last draw. Heres the prob... he is in Intra Company Transfer(ICT)on work permit but while submitting the EE application, he has mentioned Yes for valid job offer, considering his deputation letter. Tjis gained him 50 pts n hence selected in the last draw. I adviced him to withdraw cos as I understand deputation with ICT is not same as job with an offer letter. But he got an email from Cic mentioning ICT too is considered for getting 50 pts. Is my suggestion to withdraw correct? If he proceeds submitting the app will he get or he would face any problems?

Your suggestion is incorrect. But your friend would also need another letter from their employer, in addition to their current offer letter, which explicitly stated that this employer will continue to employ your friend for at least 1 year from the date they get their PR visa.
Also, your friend must have worked for this employer for at least 1 year before getting that ITA.
