Need clarification: ECA for a Mumbai college

I have completed by bachelors of commerce from a college that falls under the Mumbai University in 2005.

When i visited the Mumbai University office in Kalina, i was informed that the University will only provide transcripts for the final year.

I am therefore to believe that for the first and second year i would have to go to my college for the transcripts.

I would like some clarity on the number of envelopes that i would need to send WES.

Assuming that Mumbai University would be giving me the final year transcript in a sealed and signed envelope, what do i do with the ones i recieve from college?

you dont need transcripts. just take photocopies of all your marksheets and get them attested by the registrar or controller of exams

I am a BSc from Mumbai University(MU) and an MMS from Mumbai University. Will my MMS get Masters equivalency.

Also, a friend of mine is a BMS from MU and a PGDM from SIESCOMS. Does the PGDM degree hold value?

As i mentioned earlier, the Mumbai University will not attest first and second year mark-sheets but only final year mark sheets.

There are several threads which talk about this and two sets of envelopes one from college and one from Mumbai university.

My wife got her first and second year marksheets attested by the university, wes accepted it and issued the ECA

Did they put all of them in a single envelope and stamp and seal it as well?

they put all in 1 envelope with a stamp and sign on the back flap. they left it open so my wife stuck it.

I only saw notices for transcripts at mumbai University. How are these different from attested copies?

IMO transcripts are better but WES rejected my wife's transcripts and asked for attested copies of marksheets. She got marksheets attested cos WES requested them

you need to ask them why they refuse. They did not refuse my wife's attestation

I understand, but i am out of the city and trying to know if anyone else has had this experience recently.
If they give me only the third year mark sheets in a sealed envelope then i would not be able to add the 1st and 2nd year documents, also opening the envelope would make it useless.
