I am creating my profile for Express Entry PR (Canada). Based on my previous homeland experience (India), NOC code 22221: User Support Technician is fitting in for my more than 3 years of work experience. I came to Canada on Study Permit in Sep'21 and completed my Project Management Course by Apr'22. Post of which, I applied for PGWP and started working for a software company in Ontario. For my current Job role in Canada (currently working on PGWP), I cannot find the relevant NOC code.
Can someone please help to find the relevant NOC code for my current Job Title? Details are mentioned below:
Job Title: Technical Coordinator. Job Location: Ontario.
Roles and Responsibilities (Defined in Offer Letter) :
1. Manage Deployment Calendar
>> Schedule Client Deployments, upgrades and client change requests on the Planning Calendar.
>> Work with Deployment Lead to assign appropriate resources.
>> Provide available dates and confirmations to the Services Teams.
>> Provide updates to Project Managers on scheduled activities.
>> Collect required deployment materials from Services and review them for accuracy and completeness before forwarding them to the applicable Deployment resource.
2. Coordinate Support and Client Change Requests
>> Act as communication gatekeeper on Support and Client Change Requests.
>> Review request materials for accuracy prior to assigning the resource.
>> Assign to an appropriate resource based on the type of request and priority.
>> Communicate status and resolution to Support and Services teams.
>> Work with PMs to secure the required credentials and details.
3. Issues Resolution
>> Act as point-person on escalated tickets; conduct investigation where required to direct the issue to the appropriate resource.
>> Collaborate with deployment and development teams to resolve issues.
>> Collaborate with deployment, development and QA to document findings and resolution.
>> Communicate updates to Services and/or Support.
4. Maintain Technical Document Library
>> Work with the Development team to maintain the library of Interface Specifications
>> Consolidate and maintain Deployment Knowledgebase documentation.
