Need assistance qaulification selection

I have a question regarding my wife's qualification she has gained

2 years Bachelors of Commerce
1.5 years Bachelors of Education
1 years Masters of Education

what will be the equivalency

canadian bachelor or

two or more years diploma certificate degree one must a program for three years or more
