i have a complicated issue -my application is in process in Buffalo - has been in Canada for 7 years but my status is coming to an end. I applied for PR in Canada. will ultimately be moving back to Africa in a few weeks. Should I inform Buffalo of my move back to Africa and change address. They currently have my sister's address who is a permanent residence of Canada - should I just leave it like that. And by the way, I have not received the Medical exam part yet (initial assessment).
Please respond..thanks

When completing your application you got aan option to put an address where you live and which address you would to be recieving mails from. About your move to africa I think you should write to immigration officer that you will be going back to africa and also include that you would like all the correspondence to be sent to an address where your sister lives. But you do not have to explain that thats your sisters address. The cic will adhere with instructions done in writing and sighne by you. Dont think there is any problems.
