Need an urgent Help Regarding Personal Support Worker

I need an urgent help please.

One of my friends in Pakistan which is looking to move to Canada has contacted one of the immigration consultants in Pakistan who told him about PSW (Personal Support Worker) diploma in Canada. What that guy told him is the there is an online PSW Diploma which is in high demand in Canada. Once you do it, there is a law firm "Dery & Associates" can get you a job in one of the hospitals in Canada and therefore my friend will be able to go to Canada within a year and then can apply for immigration while being in Canada. Now the consultant says that only he is authorized for this online course and exams in Pakistan. He has affiliation with Granton Institute in Canada for this. I have serious doubts in what the consultant has said.

Can anyone please help me in this regard getting this verified if you can.

I don't know anything about it but it sounds highly likely that this is a scam. A few red flags:

1. A law firm cannot get you a job.
2. It seems unlikely that anyone has "exclusive access" to any particular educational opportunity.
3. Consultants that are located outside of Canada and aren't registered with ICCRC have a much higher rate of fraudulent behavior and malpractice.

Be careful.
