Need an opinion on my immigration plan

I need a subjective opinion on my plan to immigrate to Canada.

My current situation is:
* I have 430 points in EE system
* OINP invitations are suspended for unknown time and unknown reason.
* No relatives/LMIA/similar stuff that could help me.
* Lots (9 years) of work experience as software engineer.
* Have a spouse, who is also in IT but with only 1 year of experience.
* Enough money to stay jobless for ~6 months.

My current plan looks like this:
1. I register for IEC Working Holiday Visa (1 year for my country). My wife registers for temporary visitor/tourist/whatever.
2. I, hopefully, find some IT contract work for the period of my visa. I believe there should be some job for me with my experience. During this time, my wife goes on interviews to find a job.
3. After 3 payslips (requirement), my wife registers for International Mobility Program and gets an OWP too.
4. During this time, we both try to get OINP + EE entry. Hopefully, further steps will not be required as the chance of their success is drastically lower. But still:
5. After some time, my spouse will apply for Working Holiday Visa too, and this time I will get an International Mobility Program and OWP through her. This way, we will extend our stay in Canada for about 6 months more than Working Holiday allows us to.
6. Given 5 is a success, I will be able to score 1 year of work experience in Canada, and receive 50 more points in EE system, bringing me up to 480 points, and, if nothing changes till then, get my PR visa.

What do you think about this? Sure, number 5 sounds very shady, but I did not find anything restricting me of doing that maneuver. Also, I'll hopefully get OINP till then (I have also heard that applying from inside Canada could be faster).

Thanks in advance.

Maybe the only big risks in you plan might be that working holiday program selection is random and no guarantee of both of you getting an IEC permit when you want it but guess depends which country you apply from as what demand is. Also 2016 is well under way with few slots remaining. As for your wife going on interviews whilst on a tourist visa a lot of people do it but it is not really within the spirit of a tourist visa so of course not something to publicise on landing when you hope that your wife would get at least a 6 month tourist visa. As far as IT work concerned location will play a big part in securing any work. Overall seems quite a few risks in the plan and the way the IEC new random selection process is going currently timing may well be an issue between you being on an IEC and your wife getting an IEC. Then again can only try
