I am right now in Canada. i have done masters in Canadian univeristy . My one year in job is about to complete in canada . I had one question ??

1 IS cec related to median wages ?

My another question was about my bachelors degree in

1 IS wes needed for my bachelors degree in INDIA ?

No, but you have to be generally pretty close, otherwise CIC might doubt the authenticity of the claimed experience. For example, if you're making minimum wage, and claim to have experience as an engineer, that would be suspicious.

Not when you have a master's degree from Canada.
