Hi,
My Wife and I are currently in Canada, and we want to apply for permanent residency using CEC. She is a registered nurse since last June 2010 but got her Work permit last October 2010. Prior to that, she had worked for 4 months as a Graduate Nurse while waiting for her work permit. Also, she was a Continuing Care Assistant for a year before that. She also went back to the Philippines for a month or so. We are wondering if the graduate nurse will still be included as part of the NOC 0,A and B. To add to that, will the 1 month leave be negated to the computation of 2 years as a skilled worker which is the main requirement of CEC. Also, we are very eager to start the application of our Permanent Residency, what do you recommend for us to do? Thanks.
