I am new to this forum. My spouse and my self has written IELTS. My spouse did her Bachelors and Masters educations in B.sc(Bio Technology 3years) M.sc(Bio Chemistry 2years) as full time courses. apart from this she did her education in MBA HR from Ignou university(2 years as part time). She is having 4 years of experience in HR field. If we want to apply my spouse as main applicant for NOC 1223 will she be eligible. As she has experience with irrelevant of education. The employment requirement for NOC1223 are below.
Employment requirements are prerequisites generally needed to enter an occupation.
•A university degree or college diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology
or
Completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is usually required.
•Certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) may be required.
•Some experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration may be required.
Could any one help me out whether we can proceed with her application for PR for further process.
