Hi Guys,
I got my AINP under International Grad Cat in March 2015
Skilled: B
Noc: 2282
During that time my 1 year PGWP was about to expire (March 2015). So I applied for the extension of WP March, and got two years closed work Permit (Upto March 2017) with the same employee who sponsored for the AINP.
I Applied for permanent residence on March 2015.
I received acknowledge on June 2015.
I got PCC request on July 2015
I got another Missing Docs request on Oct 2015
"I haven't received my medicals yet"
Unfortunately due to recession in Alberta. Even my employee is also closing down his IT business now and giving layoff.
Since I have 2 years closed WP with specific location and Job Title with this guy. I cant work any where else. On top of that IT market is even down in my place.
But on the other side I am getting Job Offer in a retail industry as a Store Manager
Skilled : O
Noc: 0621
So my question is If I inform AINP regarding my situation and changing NOC from 2282 (IT) to Noc: 0621 (Store manager), will they respond positively??
