Need advise with my CEC invitation

I received invitation letter for CEC yesterday. When I was uploading my documents, I noticed it requires me to upload Certificate of Qualification. I checked my submitted documents and realized there was a question for that and I answered Yes by mistake. I thought it is EIT and I even mentioned the NOC for chemical engineering as I am graduated in the same field and work as a chemical engineer. Now should I decline the invitation or I just go ahead with uploading EIT instead of CoQ?

If you are unable to edit it and having a certificate of qualification provides CRS points, you should probably decline the ITA. But perhaps it would be best to find an immigration consultant who will answer 1 question for a low fee and see what they suggest, you don't want to loose out an ITA.
