Need advise on sending documents to embassy..

Dear all,
Please advise me and help me out with this...we are going final applications after AOR to the embassy..as they mention as section 2..i will paste that part..


2. IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS
• Birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment or separation certificates for you and
your spouse or common-law partner• Death certificate for former spouse if applicable
• Photocopy of citizenship certificate, permanent resident card or permanent
resident visa (formerly called “immigrant visa”) for any family members who are
Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada


I point is that .if we provide Marriage certificate..do we still need to provide bith certificate..in this situations..

Yes. You need to provide Birth Certificate as well.

But dear if we are unable to provide birth certif..becuase my wife left the country when she was 5th and after that she is europen citizen all her schooling study and other activites since from 5th is in europe...and her family has no proof that she was born in india...becuase they lost many papers and after such a long time we time that paper....its hard..hope you all under stand the situation..

Can you please explain your point more brifly. so we can try to do that way.. we have to apply age declaration in europen court or indian court...we try to claim birth certfi in india..but they said they need rasan card ....seniors plz advise..

Age declaration is you going to court to swear to an affidavit that your age is what you are claiming then a commissioner of oaths will attest his signature to the document. You should know that you are swearing under oath hence should you be found to have lied, you can be jailed.

I want to believe that you can do it anywhere, I mean in any country.

yesa,10 th passed certificate is also your age proof u can use it in english

CHC consider matriculation certificate as substitute to birth certificate. It happened with one of my known , and in that case they really considered it for Principal applicant's wife.

Another alternate is go to notary public and ask him to prepare an affidavit for DOB.

U can also approach to the municipality/corporation and request them to re-issue the birth certificate( if it was registered, and u know the exact date) as u have lost the previous one. They will definitely re issue Birth certificate with nominal charges.
