Need advise on Fund For SPP!!!!!

Hello, I am accepted for 2 year PG course for jan2016 which cost 21,000$ for 2year . If i am not taking Education Loan and i Pay 10,000$ GIC and 1 Sem fee, and ITR of my father . Do i still need to show any fund in saving account or any other liquid fund?

As per SPP checklist you are not required to show additional documents like ITR, Fixed & Liquid Assets
Just show 1st semester Fees Paid & GIC.
You can also show Education Loan which is OPTIONAL

When I have applied under SPP, I have only shown GIC & 1st semester fees receipt.
But when applying under General Category I have shown ITR, Fixed & Liquid Assets, 1st semester fees, GIC, Education Loan
