Need advise !! IT Project Management

Hi All

I am planning to come to Toronto in month of July.
Also I am Permanent Resident.
IT Work experience = 15 yrs + (Out of which around 5 years in USA as Project Coordinator)
PM experience = around 5 yrs (UK - Banking industry)
Plus I have done my WES-Canadian education assessment and its "Secondary School Diploma and Diploma(2 years)

My question:
From job point of view with above experience and qualifications what chance do i stand in Canadian job market?

Please guide me in right direction.
