Need advise for NPN scheme

Dear All..I am getting 402 score in EE table. My brother is living in Ontario..He is PR there... I want to come to Canada.. Please help me to know what are options for me..I tried to explore as much as possible, but I did not find any option for me. I am married, 38, dentist.

In my view if they continue to invite 400+ applicants you have a chance.
