Need advices about the criminal records

Dear Experts,

I am a new member of this forum. I am currently applying in EE, I want to start preparing for the criminal records as I am aware that it will take a while to get them.
I am from Vietnam however I have worked overseas at Indonesia and Canada. Back in 2014, I managed to get criminal records from Vietnam and Indonesia.
My questions are:
1. Do I need to have an up to date criminal record from Indonesia? with the situation that I left Indonesia end of 2012 and have not come back there till now. The criminal record was issued in Mar 2014, valid for 6 months as recorded in the paper.
2. Do I need to have an up to date criminal record from Vietnam (my country)? with the situation that I have the criminal record issued in Feb 2014, I and my wife have been staying in Canada from Feb 2014. We went back home (Vietnam) for 2 times for vacation, each time is less than 3 months.

You don't need to get another from Indonesia but you need another for Vietnam to be on the safe side. Don't forget that you need PCC's each for you and your wife.

IIRC, your PCC's need not to be more than 3 months old when you apply. This means you'd need a new one for Both Vietnam and Indonesia. I'd advise you to search/ get other opinions before you make up your mind.

Excuse me? Did you read the PCC rules at all or you just make it up as you go along? I've posted the PCC rules below, please show me where it mentions 3 months.
