Thanks for the detailed post. My application is long overdue and so are the GCMS notes I apllied for through applygcms.com.
Could you please suggest what I should do??

RPRF PAID AND Uploaded: 17th Jan 2019.
Since then its gone cold. Absolutely no change. My file is at OTTAWA.
