Hi, I am 28 years of age and having 4+ yrs exp of ios app development. My csr score is 378 from tool provided in cic website. My consultant is saying that he will get me immigrated from PNP prog. I have checked Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.I am missing cut by 2 and 1 point. So , Is my consultant lying? He is saying that this tool is not only factor, other paramters are also there. Should i process my immigration request or not? Thanks in advance

you have EE profile, means you have got 67 points for CIC profile. Why don't you get 60 points for SINP in points assessment grid? If you get only 60 points in SINP assessment grid, you can go for OID category. You have to choose one related NOC from the list of 21 Job NOCs of occupation in High demand, which is applicable for SINP EE and OID similarly.
