Need Advice

I received an email today from CIC requesting a copy of my approved CSQ because they said they have not received it. They sent the original request April 25, 2016. At that time I mailed in my application to the ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelle. I received my approved CSQ on May 27th and immediately sent them a scanned copy/ attachment via email as requested in the original CIC email. I sent a second email on June 6, 2016 with my CSQ and all of my file information ( name, DOB, UCI #, etc) as I had forgot to include some of that information in my original email and was not sure if they would need it or not. So I had been waiting ever since then and never heard anything. I assumed that they were just talking their time processing applications as usual. So when I got the email today, I was caught off guard.

This brings me to my question. I plan on replying to the email I received with another copy of the CSQ, because this email was sent from a different agent. However, is there another way for me to send an electronic copy of the CSQ to have it included with my application documents? The email just says for me to reply directly to their email with the document attached. I'm just afraid they might say they never received it for some reason and then my application will be denied.

Did you try to send it by a case specific enquiry to ottawa visa office?

Thanks for the response. I just found this a few minutes before seeing your post. How do I make sure it goes to Ottawa? I didn't see anywhere to select that.
