I'm going to finish my master program by the end of 2016, and the anticipated convocation will be in Spring 2017. My PGWP is going to expire June 2016. I'm just wondering if it is okay for me to apply PNP at the beginning of 2017 with the study permit or should I apply other permits to stay Canada legally for PNP application? Thanks
